HMR Architects prides itself in being a principal-led firm with at least one of the Principals directly involved in each and every project. We believe in a tag-team approach to managing projects. Starting with the initial meeting with the client, a Principal of the firm and an assigned project manager are involved in every meeting and in the entire decision making process. This method assures our clients that their project is always moving forward in a positive direction as there will always be someone available who is knowledgeable about their project.

Each principal works directly with every staff member to develop consistency and to maintain a high level of general knowledge in the office. They are also involved in mentoring staff members with the ultimate goal of having them become licensed Architects who will continue the tradition of quality service to our clients.
