This addition of four modular classrooms and one modular restroom building to the existing site was designed to CAL Green and LEED standards. HMR was tasked to relocate existing modular buildings from 2 other sites onto this site. The buildings were then completely refurbished with upgraded insulation, HVAC, finished, and glazing.
